A Las Vegas casino executive urged Congress to regulate rather than prohibit Internet gambling. William Hornbuckle, president and chief operating officer of MGM Mirage, criticized a bill by Rep. Sun International Hotels Ltd. became the latest gaming operator to flirt with Internet gambling Tuesday, when it announced an agreement with a Swedish company to explore an Internet gaming product.
